Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

The publication of this price list invalidates all previous catalogues and price lists.

Offers and Prices:
All prices are shown in EUROS per bottle, shipped from St. Christoph am Arlberg excl. VAT at the statutory rate. The offers and prices shown may be altered and are while stocks last, subject to mistakes or typographical errors.

Payment:
Unless agreed otherwise, payment on receipt of invoice. The goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Delivery:
All wines are available in our Shop at the Hospiz in St. Christoph. Wines in 0,75L and 1,5L bottles may also be delivered to your home within Germany and Austria. A charge of EUR 30.00 excl. will be added to your invoice for each order below EUR 1000.-.

Wines in 0.75 l bottles are available in original wooden cases of 12 and 1.5 l bottles in original wooden cases of 6. We charge EUR 7.00 per variety for repacking and dispatch for smaller quantities.

All wines can be pre-ordered and collected from our Shop in St. Christoph. We are also happy to deliver wines in large bottles, but in individual cases we may have to check whether and at what price this is possible.

Wine deliveries are made by courier, around 1-2 weeks after ordering.

Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:00. Please ensure that the wines can be received at the specified delivery address between these times.

The wines are insured against breakage, theft and fire while in transit until they reach the delivery address (until they leave the delivery vehicle). Insurance is included in the price. The risk is transferred to the buyer on handover of the goods.

Always check the wines delivered to verify the number and content of cases delivered and note any queries on the delivery note.

Unfortunately, as is usual in this industry, we are unable to supply replacements for corked bottles.
